In these cases, the worker might find it beneficial to find stress relievers outside of work. For many, some form of exercise provides relief and positive endorphins. Others may find relief in shopping, cooking or simply spending time with friends and family. Employees should seek to incorporate their relievers into their regular schedule.
It is in an employer’s best interest to make sure that the employees of the company are happy and healthy.
