Biography
Attorney Uylaki, who comes from a proud Union background, has a passion for organizing and representing Unions and their members. Ella was a member of the Employment Law Society at Marquette Law School and she interned at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in Milwaukee where she aided in the investigation of unfair labor practices complaints and prepared finalized investigative reports regarding local labor issues.
In addition to her background with Union matters, Attorney Uylaki has a strong background in labor rights, contract drafting, and workplace disputes. Ms. Uylaki clerked with respected Chicago-based law firm, Arnold and Kadjan, LLC, where she focused on alter-ego labor law cases.
Selected for the Wisconsin Bar Association’s Diversity Clerkship Program in 2023, she clerked at Regal Rexnord where she focused on drafting third-party nondisclosure agreements and focused on contractual negotiations.
Ms. Uylaki was a writing tutor with the Norman H. Ott Writing Center while in school where she worked with students of a diverse background including, multilingual writers, advanced degree students, and community members entering academia.
Ella grew up in Northern Indiana where she became an avid painter and developed a deep appreciation for the arts. Both as an undergraduate and while at Marquette Law School, Ella hosted a weekly radio show.
