Larry A. Johnson

Mr. Johnson counsels and represents employees in all employment-related matters to effectively meet the client's goals. Mr. Johnson heads CLF's Compensation Practice Section and works to recover wages and other benefits wrongfully withheld by employers. In additional to working on behalf of individuals, Mr. Johnson has litigating multiple collective/class minimum wage and overtime actions in State and Federal courts throughout Wisconsin.  Mr. Johnson also works with small businesses to assist them in navigating the often confusing wage and hour laws to avoid penalties and costly litigation. 

Mr. Johnson also specializes in non-compete and related agreements, severance negotiations, employment discrimination litigation, and other employment issues. His focus is on determining the client's objectives and then taking action to achieve those goals. Mr. Johnson's background in both the study of business administration and in employment and business law, makes him particularly effective in these fields.
