Mr. Johnson counsels and represents employees in all employment-related matters to effectively meet the client's goals. He also counsels small businesses on personnel-related matters as well as other small business concerns.  Mr. Johnson has particular interest in counseling and litigating matters involving non-compete and related agreements, severance negotiations, employment discrimination litigation, wage and hour law, and other employment issues.  His focus is on determining the client's objectives and then taking action to achieve those goals.  Mr. Johnson's background in both the study of business administration and in employment and business law, make him particularly effective in these fields.
