Attorney Flanigan believes that all employees should have a fair, safe, and productive work environment free of discrimination and harassment.  In the Employment Division, he intently listens to clients as he assesses their situation and helps them determine the best course of action for solving their work-related concerns.  Mr. Flanigan is particularly focused in all non-medical areas of employment discrimination, harassment, hostile working environment, slander and references, pre-termination intervention, and severance agreements.

Santana protects clients in areas of discrimination in school, universities, and housing.

Attorney Flanigan is also an associate in the CLF Business Law Center where he assists small businesses and community organizations from start-up to obtaining bids and contracts, to drafting and enforcing contracts.

Santana handles both employment and business litigation.
