Attorney Mac Kelly's background as a trial attorney in civil litigation has led him to litigate employment disputes for both plaintiffs and employers as well as matters involving general negligence, premises liability, product liability, catastrophic losses, business torts, insurance coverage, business and employment contracts, and other litigation. He also focuses on consumer protection and medical-related litigation. He practices in administrative venues, and both state and federal courts.
Matt practices in several areas of employment litigation, including a discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination. He also litigates and counsels individuals and small businesses about non-compete agreements, severance agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, and other employment matters. Matt is part of CLF's in house counsel program to provide regular consultation services to small businesses and to general counsels of larger companies to prevent, resolve, and litigate employment disputes.
