Ms. Boom is an active member of the firm's team of employee advocates bringing discrimination, wrongful termination, compensation, harrassment, disability and accomodation, FMLA and related cases to successful conclusions in state and federal agencies and courts.

Faye also conducts job counseling for pre-termination intervention and she reviews and assesses potential claims and proposed severance packages. Attorney Boom handles wage & hour, executive compensation, and benefit disputes.  She has negotiated favorable settlements and successfully enhanced severance packages to client satisfaction.

In medical-related cases, Attorney Boom has successfully litigated employment claims in both federal and state arenas. She has also won decisions that overruled denials of Social Security benefit and disability insurance policies. 

Faye litigates federal employee cases and navigates the EEO and MSPB procedural landmines to achieve favorable outcomes on meritorious claims for federal employees in all agencies of federal government.

Ms. Boom has been active in the legal field for nearly thirty years.  Prior to becoming an attorney, she served for ten years as a Deputy Clerk of Court in Milwaukee County and for ten years she counseled sexual assault victims as part of the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Sensitive Crimes Unit.
