Ms. Dunn handles employment counseling and litigation in both Illinois and Wisconsin in administrative agencies, circuit and federal court. She strives to ensure each client receives zealous and knowledgeable representation that not only reaches a proper conclusion under the law, but also obtains a remedy specifically tailored to that client. Her employee representation areas include discrimination, retaliation, harassment and sexual harassment, job counseling, and wage & hour claims.

Erin is part of CLF's in house counsel program, handling on-going preventative, troubleshooting, and defensive representation for small businesses as co-counsel with corporate counsel of larger corporations. She works to assure that the company has a preventative employment plan in place with proper policies and training and she works closely with businesses to assure timely responses to on-going issues as they arise.
