Mr. Winters is dedicated to seeking fair treatment for employees through the enforcement of labor and employment laws and is a zealous advocate for his clients. Chad places his focus on determining all options that are available to a client and pursuing them with vigor. Attorney Winters focuses on employment and housing discrimination, retaliation for opposition to discrimination, and he dedicates a large part of his litigation and settlement practice to representing victims of sexual harassment and those subjected to sexually hostile working conditions.

Mr. Winters? background as a case assistant prior to law school made him well acquainted with the importance of working with clients to achieve the desired outcome of their disputes. Mr. Winters has worked on a number of federal class action suits concerning mass torts, wage and hour issues, and workplace regulations. Chad also represents individuals in unemployment compensation hearings. Chad decided to pursue his law degree from Madison after witnessing the beneficial impact that representation offers individuals on their important legal matters
