Ms. Flanner advises clients in matters involving employee and employer relations. She assists clients in evaluating, negotiating and litigating, if needed, severance agreements, noncompetes and other employment-related torts, restrictive covenants and employment contracts. She helps clients obtain compensation due for unpaid or underpaid wages, overtime, commissions, bonuses, benefits, deferred compensation and stock. Attorney B. Harper Dickerson is passionate about defending workers’ rights, about uncovering and litigating fraud, and about social justice more broadly. Harper focuses on complex matters involving discrimination on the basis of sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity, including matters of sexual harassment, as well as discrimination on the basis of race, national origin, age, religion, and more. He also focuses on False Claims Act work, using his keen eye for detail to take allegations of fraud from investigation to filing and pursuing qui tam actions.

Attorney David Ferguson has a passion for labor and employment law. He represents Unions and employees in organizing, negotiating, mediating, arbitrating, litigating, and providing education in Stewards’ Schools. He also represents employees against retaliation for protected concerted activity, such as Union organizing, Union representation, and advocacy for safety and health, wages, hours, and working conditions.
